(1 CHRONICLES 4:9-10; 2 KINGS 6:1-12).
Life will generally give you what you desire or demand and not what you deserve! 2Kings 6:1-2 – today’s second scripture, reveals thus: “And the sons of the Prophet said unto Elisha, Behold now, the place where we dwell with theeis too strait for us. Let us go, we pray thee, unto Jordan and take thence every man a beam, and let us make us a place here, where we may dwell. And he answered,’ Go ye.” This is an example of people who were tired of the STATUS QUI; a people who were fed up with the once-upon –a-time kind of life. These were folks who were extremely tired with the way things were with them! These sons of the prophets said (paraphrased): “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! THIS PLACE IS TOO STRAIT FOR US. THIS STATUS QUO MUST END.”
In oher words, they were saying, “We Are More Than This! We Are Tired Of Being Confined, Caged And Incapacitated; We Desire And Demand The Enlargement Of Our Coast.” They were angry with the STATUS QUO and by the grace of God, every STATUS QUO in your life, family and ministry will be demolished in this 14-day fasting programme! You are about to walk out of your COMFORT ZONE (Stagnated progress) into your CRUISING ZONE( Accelerated progress)! Your Horizon is about to widen and gaze will be broarder! I see LIMITS and LIMITATIONS bombed into pieces!
Declare aloud now: “ I AM MORE THAN THIS! I am moving from my COMFORT ZONE into my CRUISING ZONE! I must rise above the STATUS QUO! My ministry coast must enlarge! My vision and dream must enlarge! My marriage coast must enlarge!
