The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Psalms 92:12

The infallibility of the Word of God cannot be disputed. God’s Word is yea and amen – true and happens. Scriptures says in Isaiah 55:11, “so shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.” So, when the Word of God says the righteous will flourish like the palm tree, it is true and will happen.

One unique thing about the palm tree is that all of its parts are valuable. Even the chaffs of the palm seed is useful and valuable. And this is the analogy the Lord use to describe how valuable and the level of impact the righteous is and will make, respectively. As long as you have the righteousness which comes by Jesus, you are guaranteed to flourish like the palm tree. Everything about you, even when people don’t give regards to it, is valuable. No one can write you off or call you stupid. You are valuable and your value is flourishing; going beyond the bounds of your life to the world.

God has loaded you too much with talents, gifts and ideas for you not to be valuable and flourishing. You just need to develop what God has put in you – talents, gifts and ideas – put then to use and flourish beyond the boundaries and limitations men has placed on you. Remember, you’ve got the best gift, talent and idea Developer – the Holy Spirit – and glory to the Holy Spirit who by His mighty power at work within us is able to do far more than we would ever dare to ask or even dream of (Ephesians 3:20 TLB). Flourish on all side.

Keep winning daily.

Prayer:

Dear Lord, thank You for causing me to flourish on all sides by Your Spirit which You have given me. My talents, gifts and ideas are adding value to humanity and the kingdom of God. I am flourishing, with them, on all sides, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
