Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Matthew 7:13. Read: Matt 7:13-14
A man was going to a particular town. With the description, he was able to get to the town but could not locate the exact place he was going to in the town due to the multiple junctions. Confused, he beckoned on a passerby. Hello, please I am going to a particular place in such town, he said, but, it seems I’m lost. The passerby said to him, sir do you know where you are now? He replied and said, yes I know that I am in the town but I don’t know how to locate the exact place. I think I am lost he said. The passerby said to him, since you know where you are, you are not lost but simply need direction. Most of us are like this man, we simply need direction. We believe that God exist. There’s heaven and hell but do not know how to go about it.
When Jesus was telling the disciples about His going to heaven to prepare a place for them (us) and afterwards return to take them (us) there so that we can live with Him permanently, Thomas quickly expressed his confusion to Jesus Christ. Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me”. John 14:5-6. Jesus is the narrow gate that leads to God the Father in heaven while the devil is the broad gate that leads to hell. Between the two gates, choose for yourself (whether the narrow gate that leads to Heaven or the broad gate to Hell).

* Every other way (outside of Jesus) leads to eternal destruction in the end. Jesus is not just the way to Heaven but the only way.
