Topic: Changing The King’s Decree. Pt Two [05/11/2016]
…….But if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands? Daniel 3:15. Read: Dan 3:24-30
Jesus said, When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace: But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcomes him, he taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils. Lk 11:21-22. This means, there’s a power that supercedes power. The power of the King of heaven and earth is superior to earthly king’s. Our King is more powerful than the kings of the earth, their power is limited, but God’s power is unlimited in space.
When the three Hebrew boys heard the king said (because he thought, there was no one as powerful as he was), “and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands?” Holy anger was aroused in them and they called the king by his real name without fear because they know whom they believed that He will keep them to the very end. And God saved them and caused a great revival in the land by changing the king’s decree. God can use you too to change evil decrees and occurrences in your family if you make yourself available. But you must be able to say like Paul. “For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain”. Phil 1:21
