Text: Proverbs 24:10

God, as a good Leader, saw that the world had a challenge that needs fixing. He knew that strong leadership was required to fix the world's greatest challenge - sin. He did not have to complain about how devastating sin had been. He simply set out His agenda and rolled out His plans. He even announced it through His media - the prophets. And "when the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, to redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons" (Galatians 4:4-5).

That was God providing strong leadership to redeem the world. He was demonstrating to us the true meaning of leadership. Leadership is the pot in which solutions to challenges are cooked and served. As a leader, your primary focus is to provide innovative solutions, whether novel or not, to the myriad of challenges that will come the way of your church, business, organisation, family, community and nation. Leadership is about leading people, not only in 'good times', but also in 'bad times'. Challenges bring out the 'leader' in the leader.

Proverbs 24:10 says: "if thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small." A leader's strength is known in the days of adversities. In the last century, strong leaders emerged. People like Rev. Martin Luther Kings, Franklin Roosevelt, Mahatama Ghandi, and lots more, showed big strength during days of adversities and today, we look up to them as beacons of hope and strong leadership. Be a pot of solution today, in your church, organisation, business, family, community and nation. Be that leader that will leave his footprint in the sand of times.

Keep winning daily.

Prayer:
Dear Lord, thank You for positioning me as a leader. I ask, that through Your Spirit, I will become a pot of solution, providing strong and decisive leadership, just like You always, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
