Fanta Encourages More Playfulness on May 27th

Lagos, Nigeria; This year’s May 27th festivities were made even more playful as Fanta, Nigeria’s favourite fruit-flavoured soft drink, celebrated over 10,000 teens.

Fanta brought fun and excitement to teens at various events held across Lagos, as the brand is committed to creating more moments of play in the world for teens, making their lives a brighter, more playful experience.

Marketing Director, Coca-Cola Nigeria Limited, Patricia Jemibewon, stated that “[T]he key attributes of the Fanta brand are Play, Fun and Excitement. Our new campaign brings these attributes to life in a unique way and connects even better with Fanta consumers.”

The campaign, which kicked off in February, will be running on multiple media platforms – television, radio, out of home, digital and print – connecting with consumers nationwide.

Commending Fanta, Mrs. Chika Okoye, a parent at one of the events, expressed her joy and appreciation for the brand’s excellent job in bringing fun to the children, who were surprised and thrilled with the complimentary Fanta given out.
