A Promise For You From Bible Promises:

Topic: Your Grief Will Turn to Joy

Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy. John 16:20. Ps. 126:1-6

Jesus pointed our attention to the fact that in life, there are trouble time, times of sorrow and lamentations. Time the world laugh you to scorn, your family and acquaintance reject you in your trial time. Times you pray all the prayers you know how to pray, yet, it seems as if heaven is shut over you and God has turned His eyes and ears against your supplications. Times that makes you look like the worstest sinner in the whole world, times men label you with all kinds of labels. Times those who cannot stand you (in real sense) stands you and hurl insults on you. Times you say to yourself, it’s better to die than to stay alive with shame. Times it seems as if God has forgotten and is far from you. If you are presently grieved, Jesus knows and understand.

Jesus also said that even as the world, friends, relatives are still celebrating your sorrow, suddenly He will do a new thing and your sorrow will turn into joy that no man can take away from you. And Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me. Gen 21:6. Our reading says, because you have sow in tears, you will reap in joy. Jesus is the joy restorer.

* Jesus will turn your sorrow into joy everlasting
* All those that wrongly mocked you shall celebrate you
* All your wasted years shall be restore in Jesus Name.
