Biafra protesters arrested in London
Two Nigerians have been reportedly arrested by the police in London.
According to BBC Journalist Will Ross, who shared the picture, the Biafrans were arrested near Buckingham Palace, the official London residence and administrative headquarters of the reigning monarch of the United Kingdom.
One of the arrested Nigerians was seen sitting down on the ground, with policemen around him.
Some Biafrans however took their protest to venue of the anti-corruption summit during President Buhari’s visit.
The agitation for a sovereign state of Biafra has been on in Nigeria, with the leader of the Independent People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, in detention.
